Football ticket sales, seating capacities altered for 2020 season

Ore James, Online Editor-in-Chief

Guidelines for 2020 football seating and ticket sales are now available, with the first match against Langham Creek set for Thursday.

In accordance with UIL guidelines, games will be limited to 50% capacity. Band and drill team members will sit in three of the four sections on the visitor’s side, leaving 300 visitor seats for the opposing school (opposing band and drill teams will not be present). Seating at away games will be limited.

Tickets are available exclusively online. All tickets grant general admission to specific sections without row or seat designations. Spectators must social distance (excluding family units) and face masks are required for those over the age of 10.

Tickets will be sold week-by-week in “waves” starting Sunday, Sept. 20:

  • Wave 1 (Sunday-Monday): Parents of athletes and fine arts performers of that specific contest
  • Wave 2 (Tuesday): Previous Season Tickets Holders + Wave 1
  • Wave 3 (Wednesday-Gameday): General Public + Waves 1 & 2
